This is a lovely example of an Antique Georgian Oak Carver c1800-10.  It is raised on turned front legs with swept back legs.  It has a solid seat so will argue with no decor at all.  The classic bar back of George III rolls into scrolled French arms and a lovley carvings.  They dont normally come in Oak so this is unusual.
